90 GHMC Nominations Rejected
As many as 90 nominations for the GHMC elections have been rejected
Hyderabad, Nov 21: As many as 90 nominations for the GHMC elections have been rejected. A total of 1893 candidates filed 2575 nominations out of which 90 nominations were rejected by the Returning Officers concerned in the scrutiny of nominations conducted today.
The rejected nominations include 539 applications from the BJP, 22 from the CPI, 19 from the CPI (M), 348 from the Congress, 72 from the MIM and 527 from the TRS, 202 nominations from TDP, 143 from recognized and registered political parties and 613 from independents were not in order. Nominations can be withdrawn tomorrow, i.e., Sunday.
