CTW, MCEME Triumphs XIXth Inter CTW Triangular Meet-2023

Secunderabad: Cadets Training Wing (CTW), Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering (MCEME) hosted the prestigious “XIXth Inter CTW Triangular Meet 2023” from 15 to 18 March 2023 at its campus in Secunderabad. The sister institutions from College of Military Engineering (CME), Pune, and Military College of Telecommunication Engineering (MCTE), Mhow participated in the Annual Sports Tournament, which saw many hard-fought duels between the participating teams in the disciplines of Hockey, Volleyball, Tennis & X-Country.

The final of the Hockey Championship was played between CTW, CME, and CTW, MCTE on 18 March 2023 at MCEME, Secunderabad, which was won by CTW, CME. The Gentlemen Cadets of CTW, MCEME displayed remarkable sportsmanship, courage, stamina, and fighting spirit and were adjudged as the Overall Champion of the XIXth Inter CTW Triangular Meet 2023.

Lt Gen JS Sidana, Commandant, MCEME & Colonel Commandant Corps of EME was the Chief Guest for the finals of the Championship and gave away the trophies for the various disciplines and the overall Championship Trophy. He commended the participants for their sportsmanship, team spirit, and above all gentlemanly conduct displayed throughout the championship. The curtains were brought down on the games with Lt Gen JS Sidana declaring the meet closed.
