Does SIT Have The Guts To Issue Notice To KTR In TSPSC Paper Leak Case?: Bandi

Hyderabad, March 21 (Maxim News):  Telangana State BJP President and MP, Bandi Sanjay has questioned the Special Investigation Team which is probing the leakage of the question paper of TSPSC have the guts to issue notice to the Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao’s son, and Minister holding multiple portfolios including the IT, who is himself of being behind the TSPSC paper leakage conspiracy.

He questioned whether the SIT had the courage to call KTR and inquire about the allegations against him.

In a statement issued today, he said that KCR in the name of SIT notices in the leak case had unleashed a conspiracy to press the mouths of the leaders of the opposition parties.

He said that it is a shame to give notice to the opposition, leaving behind those who are responsible for this conspiracy.  He clarified that there is no need to fear SIT notices and investigations.  KCR, who declared in the Assembly that he will not spare his son and daughter even if they make a mistake, has any sincerity, he demanded to give notices to KTR before giving notices to the opposition.

They stated that if KCR feels that his son has not committed any mistake, he should immediately conduct an inquiry with the sitting judge, and only then will they provide the information they have.  He said that the SIT has become a pocket organization of KCR and the investigations conducted by the SIT on drugs, Naeem Dairy, and Miyapur lands in the past are proof of this.

He alleged that the SITs worked to water down those cases and benefit KCR.  They said that their struggle will continue until the sitting judge investigates.  (Maxim News)
