Decision On Wayanad By-Election Only After Court Verdict: Election Commission

Delhi/Hyderabad, March 29 (Maxim News): The Election Commission of India has responded to the Kerala Wayanad by-election which Rahul Gandhi represented. The Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar said that the Court has given 30 days time to Rahul Gandhi, he clarified that after the expiry of the period, the decision on the election will be taken depending on the court verdict.

After disqualifying Rahul Gandhi as an MP, the Lok Sabha Secretariat has issued notices announcing the key decision. it ordered to vacate the bungalow where he was staying. Responding to these notices, Rahul Gandhi made it clear that he will soon vacate the official bungalow where he is staying (Maxim News)
