Family and Lawyers Protest Outside Medicover Hospital
Following her death, Aishwarya’s family members, colleagues and senior advocates staged a protest outside the hospital. They questioned the treatment provided and demanded accountability from the hospital authorities.
The family has alleged that the treatment was inappropriate for the reported size of the kidney stones. However, the available information does not establish whether the treatment met accepted medical standards or whether any negligence occurred.
Aishwarya had married about two months before her death. Her death has prompted concern among members of the legal community, who joined the family in seeking answers.

The circumstances surrounding her treatment and death require clarification from the hospital and the relevant health authorities. No official findings establishing medical negligence were available in the reports reviewed.
