Tenth Paper Leak: Hanamkonda Court Dismissed Petition Seeking Custody of Bandi Sanjay
Paper Leak | Hanamkonda/Hyderabad, April 11 (Maxim News): The Hanamkonda court dismissed the petition filed by the police seeking the custody of BJP state president Bandi Sanjay in the Class 10 examination paper leak case in Warangal.
Today, the Court heard the petition, the Court agreed with the arguments of Bandi Sanjay’s lawyers that there is no need for custody, and the police investigation has already been completed. The Court dismissed the custody petition filed by the police. Bandi Sanjay’s lawyers argued that there is no conspiracy aspect in the case.
In this order, the Hanamkonda Court also granted bail to three others who went to jail along with Bandi Sanjay. The three were granted bail under certain conditions. As soon as the copy of the order is received, the three accused will be released from Karimnagar jail. Bandi Sanjay is AI in this case.
All five are accused in the 10th paper leak case. If you include Bandi Sanjay and the other three arrested, all four have been granted bail. One is a minor. The police have not arrested the boy yet. (Maxim News)
