TSPSC Paper Leak Case: Police Prevented YSRTP Chief YS Sharmila

Police | Hyderabad, April 24 (Maxim News): The YSRTP President, Y.S Sharmila was prevented by the city police from leaving her house today to submit a representation to the officials of the Special Investigation Team (SIT) who were investigating the TSPSC paper leak.

When she tried to leave her home, police officials stopped her and she got into a heated argument with them, alleging that she was being manhandled and restricted by women constables. Sharmila was seen pushing a policeman and allegedly slapping a lady constable as she tried to grab her hand.

Sharmila expressed her anger over the inappropriate behavior of the police towards a party president. She expressed her displeasure at not appointing women constables. In this process, Sharmila expressed her dissatisfaction with the attempt to push her away, who got into an argument with the police and staged a protest on the road. He protested the way the police treated him even though he was not at fault.

The police arrested her and took her to Jubilee Hills Police Station. A case was registered against Sharmila under Section 330 and 353 of the IPC for touching the SI and constable on duty. YSRTP leaders approached the High Court over this incident.

Police arrested sharmila in front of YSRTP office, from there she was taken to Jubilee Hills Police Station. The police registered a case against Sharmila for assaulting the police.

Sharmila demanded to know why she was arrested. Sharmila asks if she will be allowed to go out for personal work. The police also stopped her gunmen from going with Sharmila. She accused that there is no democracy in the state, Police are working only for KCR.

Sharmila said that she will hold a protest meeting near Indira Park on April 26 with the permission of the High Court on TSPSC paper leakage. She questioned why the state government is holding exams again without clarifying the issue of paper leakage. Why are the real paper leakage agents not arrested? Sharmila demanded that Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao have the guts to investigate the paper leak with the CBI. (Maxim News)
