Withdraw Changes Made in Jail Manual: Asad Owaisi to Bihar CM

Hyderabad, April 27 (Maxim News): AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi has demanded that Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar withdraw the changes made in the Jail Manual stating that with this change the accused who has murdered a Public servant will come out from the jail freely.

Speaking to press persons, today, Asaduddin Owaisi alleged that Bihar Chief Minister has brought changes in the Jail Manual only with the aim to free the accused who happens to be the RJD MLA the ally of the Nitish Kumar party. This RJD MLA killed the IAS officer Krishnaiah who is Dalit on duty on December 5, 1994. He questioned whether it is not correct that the then Chief Minister of Bihar Laloo Prasad Yadav had gone to the House of Krishnaiah and met his widow, at that time the Krishnaiah widow age was just 30 years and she was having two girls. How much pain she has borne to develop her children can Nitish Kumar understand?

He said, taking such a decision of changing the Jail Manual to help the ruling party public representative belonging to the forward caste, will send the wrong message to the Dalits, as they will lose confidence in the Constitution and the political system. He said, now Nitish Kumar is traveling throughout the country for the Opposition Unity and to become the Prime Minister, what message will you give to the Dalit, when they ask the reason for making changes in the Jail manual to facilitate the ruling party member who has killed a Dalit officer on duty.

Asaduddin Owaisi expressed surprise at why the Bihar IAS Officers Association is silent, he said what the BJP has done in Gujarat the same is being done in Bihar, is that Nitish Kumar wants to bring back the Sun Light Sena and Ranveer Sena in Bihar again, and bring terrorism, where is the protection for the Muslims, Dalits and Adivasis who are most backward economically, he said.
