Asaduddin Owaisi Slams Yogi’s Comment On Gyanvapi Row

Delhi/Hyderabad, July 31 (Maxim News)  Reacting on the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath commented on the Gyanvapi row amidst the legal dispute between Hindus and Muslims.  He stated that the government is working to resolve the issue.

Yogi Adityanath asserted that inside the Gyanvapi, there are dates and statues belonging to Hindus,  He claimed that a trishul (trident) and idols of Gods are inside the Gyanvapi premises that the walls of the complex are streaming and saying something.  He also said that Muslim society should come up with a proposal for a “solution” to their mistake.

Yogi Adiyanath’s remark comes at a time when a hearing is underway at Allahabad High Court on a petition filed by the Muslim side challenging the lower court’s order for a survey inside the mosque by the Archaeological Survey of India.  The court is expected to deliver its judgment on the matter on August 3.  “If we call it a mosque, there will be a dispute, said the UP Chief Minister.
