Only one application was received from the Kodangal constituency.  One PCC Chief Revanth Reddy applied from Kodangal.  Tens of applications have been received in all the constituencies except this constituency.  there is fierce competition in the constituencies represented by CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka, MLAs Sridhar Babu, Seethakka, Jaggareddy, and Podem Veeraya.  These segments received the highest number of applications.  Illandu ST Reserve Constituency received the highest number of  38 applications in the state.  (Maxim News)
