Problematic Polling Stations Should Be Identified: Ronald Rose

Hyderabad, October 28: District Election Officer, GHMC Commissioner Ronald Rose said that problematic polling stations should be identified in the district as per the rules of the Election Commission. On Saturday morning, the district election officer reviewed the vulnerable locations and election expenses as part of the MCC in his chamber.

On this occasion, the district election officer Ronald Rose said… steps should be taken to release the FST teams set up in the district and the entire district seized by the police department through the district complaints committee.

He said that the Election Commission of India has issued an SOP to release the amount of cash that is more than the specified target to the Income Tax Department and to release it through the District Grievance Committee.

The MCC asked the nodal officer to submit the report of all the constituencies seized by the various vigilance teams. It was ordered to submit the details of the seized amount released by the District Grievance Committee.

They want to reconsider the number of vulnerable (problematic) polling locations identified in the last assembly elections and identify the vulnerable locations once again as per the rules of the Election Commission.

The Hyderabad Police Commissioner has been asked to appoint police personnel as the nomination process is about to start from November 3 due to the presence of police force at the constituency level.

It was also requested to arrange for the distribution of postal ballots to those performing election duties in the police department. Besides, they want to arrange police presence in the established distribution and reception center.

Hyderabad CP Sandeep Sandilya, Additional Police Commissioner Law and Order Vikram Singh Man, EVDM Director Prakash Reddy, Additional Commissioner Shankaraiah and others participated in this meeting.

Subsequently District Election Officer, GHMC Commissioner Hyderabad CP Sandeep Sandilya along with Law and Order Additional Commissioner Vikram Singh Man inspected the CC camera command control center installed at flying squad, distribution and reception center check posts at GHMC headquarters. . Similarly, MCC and MCMC control rooms set up in Suvidha Center and EVD office were inspected.
