BDL’s Vigilance Awareness Week concludes on a High Note

Secunderabad, 07 Nov: Celebrations marking the conclusion of Vigilance Awareness Week – 2023 organized by BDL ended on a high note today.

Shri Ravi Gupta, IPS, Director General, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Telangana delivered the keynote address on this year’s Vigilance Awareness theme, “Say no to corruption; commit to the Nation”, at the valedictory function held at BDL, Kanchanbagh Unit today.

Chetana – 2023”, an annual newsletter published by Vigilance Department of BDL, was released by the Chief Guest Shri Ravi Gupta in the presence of Commodore A Madhavarao (Retd), CMD, Shri N Srinivasulu, Director (Finance), Dr. Upender Vennam, IPoS, Chief Vigilance Officer, Commodore Girish Raghunath Pradhan (Retd), Executive Director (Kanchanbagh Unit) and senior officials from BDL.

Prizes were distributed to winners of competitions organized during the week. These competitions aimed to raise awareness about vigilance among BDL employees, their families and school students.

During the week, a Vendors Meet was held, which was attended by over 160 representatives from various parts of the country.

A walkathon was also organized to promote vigilance awareness among various segments of the society.
