Job Fraud Busted By Hyderabad Police

Hyderabad, Dec 24 (Maxim News) : Hyderabad Cyber Crime Police arrested one accused person by name Vijaykant, Age 34 yrs (fake job call center operator) from Noida, Uttar Pradesh who is involved in Job fraud and seized  6 laptops, 23 mobile phones, 8 cheque books, 6 bank cards, 80 SIM cards from accused.

Complaint received from victim R/o Nampally, Hyderabad stating that accused persons called her saying they are offering job in Airport Authority of India and in name of registration fees, account opening fees, Uniform fees, offer letter fees cheated victim and made her to transfer the amount of Rs.2,20,327/- to the bank accounts furnished by them. Cyber Crime police, Hyderabad registered a case in Cr.No.2334/2023 and investigated. 

According to D.kavitha, DCP, cyber Crimes, the Cyber Fraudster used to take victims phone numbers from official job sites and gave them to telecallers to send them messages over phone and call them, when the victim responded the accused would contact the victim and take fake interviews and send them fake offer letters to gain trust and make them transfer the amount. After transfer of the amount accused will not respond to victim calls.

The team was headed by Inspector of Police K. Madhusudhan Rao consisting of team members K.Satish reddy SI, Ch.Sunil, B.Bhasker under the direct supervision of D.Kavitha, and R.G Siva Maruthi, ACP, Cyber Crime has cracked the said case at Noida, UP.  (Maxim News)
