Moroccan National Held in Hyderabad, Faces Deportation for Illegal Activities.

Hyderabad Narcotics Enforcement Wing (HNEW) held one foreign national by the name Achbili Amine(27), who is overstaying And doing illegal activities in Hyderabad even after the expiration of his Visa and Passport.

He is being deported to his country i.e., Morocco after completing all the deportation processes to prevent him from indulging in undesirable activities detrimental to National Security. According to the Hyderabad Narcotics Enforcement Wing, deportee Achbile Amine’s parents are originally from Morocco but migrated to Saudi Arabia for work. He completed schooling in Taif City, Saudi Arabia, and later came to Hyderabad on a student visa valid until 2018, with a Moroccan passport valid until 2021 He got admission in the University of Foreign Relations Office (UFRO) at Osmania University, Hyderabad, and enrolled in Post Graduate College, Secunderabad in 2017 for a three-year Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) course.

Since then, he engaged in illegal activities and was frequently absent to the college. He often attended parties and pubs in the city and became addicted to consuming ganja. He formed friendships with a Palestinian refugee and drug peddler named Saeed Ali Mohammad Al Kafri and a local woman in Hyderabad. The Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in New Delhi issued a valid travel pass to facilitate the return of the Moroccan citizen to his home in Morocco. Air tickets were booked and the reservation was confirmed for a journey date on April 17, 2024, from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad to Morocco.
