Hyderabad, May 01: The Media Certification and Monitoring Committee (MCMC) center set up in the office of the Chief PRO in the district election officer’s office in celebration of the parliamentary elections was inspected by Senthil Kumar, the expenditure inspectors of the Hyderabad parliamentary constituency on Wednesday.

He inquired about the activities being carried out by MCMC on the occasion of Hyderabad, Parliament Constituency Elections. The records at the MCMC center were thoroughly examined. They examined and expressed their satisfaction regarding the management of the registers, the permits given in connection with advertisement, paid news, election campaigning of the candidates.

Speaking on the occasion, he advised the MCMC nodal officer to monitor election issues more closely on social media. It is advised to keep a close eye on the topics related to the Parliament elections on Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram and other social media. Candidates for bulk SMS should get proper permissions from MCMC.

Media Certification and Monitoring Committee, Election Expenditure Monitoring Committee and MCC Nodal Officers have been advised to work in coordination.

Along with the observer, CPRO Murtuja Ali, Expenditure Monitoring Committee Nodal Officer Sarath Chandra, Social Media Monitoring Committee Member Deputy EE Narasingrao inquired about the complaints received on social media from OSD Anuradha. MCMC members and others participated.
