Hyderabad: Case Registered Against Former CS Somesh Kumar
Hyderabad, July 29 (Maxim News): It is known that a huge scam has taken place in the Commercial Taxes Department in Telangana. Police found that there were irregularities upto Rs. 1000 crores. Forensic audit revealed that 75 companies were involved in irregularities.

This scam came out with the complaint of Commercial Tax Commissioner Ravi. As a result, the CCS police registered a case against the former Chief Secretary of the Telangana government.
Along with Somesh Kumar, a case has been registered against the Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes and the Deputy Commissioner.

The CCS police registered a case against the accused under Sections 406, 409, and 120 (B) of the IT Act and started an investigation. (Maxim News)
