Harish Rao Pointed Questions on Neglect and Mismanagement
Rao raised a series of pointed questions, challenging the government to deny that former sarpanches were detained in police stations when they attempted to march to the Secretariat over unpaid bills. He also questioned whether it is true that villages are suffering from outbreaks of seasonal diseases like dengue and malaria due to a lack of sanitation, that sanitation workers have not been paid for two months, and that ZPTCs and MPTCs have not received their honorariums for eight months.

Comparison with the BRS Regime
Drawing a stark contrast, Rao highlighted that during the BRS regime, Rs. 275 crore per month and Rs. 3,300 crores per year were consistently released to Gram Panchayats. He emphasized that the villages had been completely neglected during the eight months of Congress rule and urged the current government to wake up and release the necessary funds to the Gram Panchayats immediately.
