ACP Briefs Students On Road Accidents In The City

The ACP briefed students for the measures to be taken for the prevention of road accidents which is everyone’s responsibility for which instructions were given to follow the traffic rules. Mostly youth indulged in rash driving, driving on the wrong side, signal jumping and cell phone. Signal jumping is most dangerous, particularly the signal is red. The vehicles should be stopped and punishment should be imposed saying that driving without license challan can be imposed up to Rs. 5,000. A fine and imprisonment for three months will also be imposed. While driving helmet should be worn properly, even by the person sitting behind the vehicle, he explained that there are more accidents due to reckless driving which is dangerous, he explained.
