He said that his party’s top leader Sonia Gandhi had given her word in 2004 in Karimnagar. He said that the previous rulers acted as if they were everything by pushing back the Talli of Telangana. It is said that a thorn fence was set up and royal pleasure was enjoyed. It was once a building of royals. Now it is Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phule Praja Bhavan.

Revanth Reddy stated that no Chief Minister or Minister was available for ten years. There was no entry for common people in the actual secretariat.

Revanth criticized that those who spent thousands of crores and built the Secretariat could not put up a statue of Telangana Talli after spending crores of rupees. He said that it has been decided to put the Statue of Rajiv Gandhi who lost his life for the country in front of the Secretariat.
