Four Drug Peddlers Of Haryana Nabbed In Hyderabad, 243 Kgs Ganja Seized

Hyderabad, Sept 4 (Maxim News): Cyberabad SOT along with Shameerpet Police busted the trafficking of dry ganja from Odisha to Maharashtra via Telangana state. Nabbed four drug peddlers of Haryana and seized 243 kgs of Dry Ganja, Bulero pickup vehicle with household items, all worth Rs. 95,75,000.

On September 3, acting on specific information, the sleuths of Cyberabad Special Operations Team (SOT), Balanagar team along with Shamirpet Police apprehended four drug peddlers for transporting Ganja from Odisha to Maharashtra via Telangana viz Bajarang, Gajender Singh, Naresh Kumar Chingla and Kapil sharma and other two accused Rakesh and Subhas absconding.

Previously in July 2024, Bajarang along with Balaram transported 300 KG of Dry Ganja to Haryana. Later on 05.08.2024 Balaram was sentenced to 10-year imprisonment in his previous case While going to jail Balaram handed over his mobile phone to Bajarang (Which has Ganja supplier and receiver contact details) and on the word of Balaram, Bajarang contacted the main receiver Rajesh @ Rakesh R/o Lathur, Maharashtra and tied up with him for Ganja consignment. Bajarang discussed about Ganja consignment with Gajender Singh, Kapil Sharma, and Naresh Kumar Chingla and offered them good money in return. Naresh Kumar Chingla and Kapil Sharma decided to invest money in Ganja. Gajender Singh also accepted to transport the Ganja. On 08.08.2024, Kapil Sharma came to Hyderabad and joined with Bajarang. On 24.08.2024 Naresh Kumar Chingla came to Hyderabad and joined with Bajarang.

On 29.08.2024, Bajarang, Gajender Singh, Naresh Kumar Chingla, and Kapil Sharma went to Kalimela, Malkangiri, Odisha to buy Ganja in Bolero Pickup Van and loaded Old Household items to conceal Ganja and to avoid police checking’s while returning to Hyderabad. They stayed in Bhadrachalam for 02 days given bad weather and On 31.08.2024 they went to Kalimela and met with the main supplier Samuel @ Subash and On 01.08.2024 at midnight hours Samuel @ Subash handed over 243 KG’s of Ganja (48 Packets) and the accused Bajarang and his friends paid 3.8Lakh rupees to Subash for Ganja and started to Hyderabad.

On 03.09.2024, when they reached Shamirpet ORR Junction, SOT Cyberabad, the Balanagar team and Shameerpet Police apprehended them.

The above arrests were made under the guidance of N.Koti Reddy  DCP, Medchal Zone,  D.Srinivas, DCP, SOT,
