Big Relief To Revanth Reddy By Supreme Court In Vote-For-Note Case

Delhi/Hyderabad, Sept 20 (Maxim news): In a crucial development which has taken place in the sensational Vote-for-Note case. The Supreme Court issued important orders on this case today (Friday), A bench of Justice BR Gavai and Justice KV Vishwanath made it clear that the case will not be transferred to Madhya Pradesh.

The Supreme Court concluded the hearing on the transfer petition today, former minister Jagadeeshwar Reddy filed a petition to transfer the Vote-for-Note case from Telangana to Madhya Pradesh.

The Supreme Court has commented that there is no evidence except the myth that the Chief Minister is influencing the investigation. The Court observed that the petition was filed on speculative grounds without clear evidence. The Supreme Court has made it clear that the petition of Jagadishwar Reddy cannot be considered at this stage of the investigation. The Supreme Court has issued orders to Revanth not to interfere in the investigation of this case.

The Court also ordered the ACB not to report the details of the case to Revanth Reddy. It is said that ACB DG does not want to report to the CM and Home Minister. The Supreme Court also refused to supervise the case with a retired judge.

The bench suggested that if CM Revanth Reddy intervenes in the future, the petitioner can approach the Supreme Court again. The trial court ordered the investigation transparently. With these orders given by the Supreme Court, CM Revanth Reddy seems to have gotten a huge relief in the Vote-for-Note case.

It may be recalled that recently BRS MLC Kavitha got bail in the Delhi liquor scam case. The Supreme Court expressed its indignation at CM Revanth Reddy’s comments on bail and his apology was inevitable. Referring to that, the Supreme Court made interesting comments today.

The Supreme Court said that everyone has the right to express their views on their judgments. But on this occasion, it is advised to those who are in public life to speak up. (Maxim News)
