200 Yards Land And Rs. 30 Lakhs To Musi Residents By Revanth Sarkar!?

Hyderabad, Oct 22 (Maxim News): It seems that Revanth Reddy Sarkar is ready to stand by the residents of Musi. It is reported that they are planning to give them a plot of land along the Outer Ring Road for the construction of a house.

It is known that the Telangana government has already released an announcement that it will provide financial assistance of Rs. 25 thousand to the residents of Musi along with double-bedroom houses and loans of Rs. 2 lakh for employment.

It seems that CM Revanth Sarkar is planning to give double-bedroom houses as well as plots to those who built houses in Musi Buffer and FTL. It seems that a decision has been taken to give 150 to 200 square yards of land on the side of the outer ring road for each family to build a house. A key decision on this is likely to be taken in the cabinet meeting to be held on the 26th of this month.

While the value of the land is Rs. 25 lakhs to Rs. 30 lakhs, Officials. It seems that the government will allocate 700 acres required for this.

Revanth Sarkar has paid special attention to displaced families who are losing their homes in the Musi River beautification project being undertaken by the Telangana government. It is known that the state government has recently issued an order allotting 15 thousand double-bedroom houses to all of them. The government has decided to transfer a total of Rs. 1200 crores from Musi Riverfront Corporation to the Housing Department while spending Rs. 8 lakhs for each house.

Meanwhile, many people living in the Musi river bed have already moved into the double-bedroom houses allotted by the government. Those who have bought plots and built houses in FTL and buffer zones say that they do not need the package given by the government. They are questioning how they will leave their buildings worth crores and move into double-bedroom houses. Many expatriates have already approached the High Court and obtained a stay. There is a discussion going on in the secretariat circles that the government intends to allocate houses to persuade them.
