Hyderabad. Dec 12 (Maxim News): The Department of Physics, Osmania University, inaugurated the 10-day Academic Support to State Universities for Research Education (ASSURE) Workshop on Magnetism for Ph.D students.

The event was graced by the distinguished members Prof. Mustansir Barma, Former Director, TIFR, and Padma Shri awardee; Prof. Subodh R. Shenoy, Guest of Honour; Prof. Jithender Naik, OSD and Chief Guest; Dr. R. Ratheesh, Director, CMET, Hyderabad, Guest of Honour; Prof. D. Karuna Sagar, Dean, Faculty of Science, OU, Guest of Honour, along with other eminent academicians.

Srinivas, Head and Chairman of the ASSURE workshop, whose leadership and efforts, supported by the dedicated team of eminent faculty members, ensured the grand success of this event.
