DCA Raids Quack’s Clinic In Nalgonda; Seized Drugs

Hyderabad, Dec 18 (Maxim News): The Drugs Control Administration (DCA) officials raided Sahasra Peoples First Aid CentreAgamothkoor Village, Madgulapally mandal, Nalgonda, which was being operated by a quack Parshanaboina Laxmaiah, who was practicing medicine without proper qualification.

During the raid, DCA officials detected 31 varieties of medicines, including antibiotics, steroids, analgesics, etc. stocked on the premises without a drug license, worth Rs. 16,670.

DCA officials detected several antibiotics including amoxycllin+potassium clavulanate and steroids like Methylprednisolone at the clinic of Quack. The DCA officers lifted the samples for analysis. (Maxim News)
