Hyderabad Police Nab Three For Peddling Ganja 

Hyderabad, Feb 27 (Maxim News):  The Hyderabad police on Thursday arrested three persons who were allegedly involved in drug peddling and seized 41.13 kilograms of ganja, Rs. 40,440 in cash and a bike from them.

The arrested are Bala Hantal alias Raju of Odhisa, Srinivasulu of Kukatpally, and Abhishek of Kukatpally a native of Andhra Pradesh.  

According to the police, Srinivasulu worked previously in an IT company and after getting addicted to online gambling incurred huge debts.  To clear the loans, he planned to sell ganja.  Through some friends, Srinivasulu learned about one Bala Hantal, of Odhisa who is selling ganja.

Srinivasulu through one Kalyan Rao contacted Bala Hantal and purchased ganja from him for Rs. 5,000.  He brought it to the city and through Abhishek was selling it to customers, said Y. V. S Sudheendra, Hyderabad Narcotics Enforcement Wing.  

On a tip-off, the Madhuranagar police laid a trap and nabbed them.  (Maxim News)
