Phone Tapping Case: Telangana HC Quashes FIR Against Harish Rao

Hyderabad, Mar 20 (Maxim News): Former Minister Harish Rao and former DCP Radha Kishan Rao have been granted relief in the Telangana High Court in the phone tapping case that created a sensation in the state. The court has quashed the FIR in the phone-tapping case.

A phone tapping case has been registered at the Panjagutta police station. The police registered the case based on the complaint of real estate Businessman Chakradhar Goud. The police have named former Minister Harish Rao and former DCP Radhakishan Rao as the accused. The arguments in this case have already been concluded. The High Court delivered its verdict today. The High Court has issued orders dismissing the phone-tapping case.
