Rachakonda Police Cracked SBI ATM Theft Case In Ravirala: Arrested Gang Of Inter-State Thieves
Hyderabad, Mar 26 (Maxim News): Rachakonda police have cracked the SBI ATM theft case in Ravirala in Maheshwaram constitutency. Rachakonda police have arrested the accused involved in the ATM theft, Rachakonda CP Sudheer Babu revealed the details of this case to the media from the LB Nagar CP office.
On March 2, thieves stole 30 lakhs from an SBI ATM in Ravirala village. The police arrested the members of an interstate gang who committed the theft. A gang from Rajasthan and Haryana robbed the ATM. The accused came to Hyderabad by flight to cut the ATM and rob it. Police investigation revealed that they reached Ravirala from there.
Rachakonda CP said that 29 lakhs were stolen from the ATM in 3 minutes, ATMs were looted in Kushaiguda, BDL Banu, Odisha in the past. HDFC and SBI ATMs were targeted. Most of the accused are from other states. A person named Rahul Khan from Hyderabad is the key mastermind. These accused are from some village in Haryana. Their target is ATMs located in a deserted place. Two ATMs were looted on the same day.
Police have arrested a gang of inter-state thieves who robbed a SBI ATM at Ravirala in Tukkuguda municipality of Rangareddy district. The incident took place on the midnight of march 2. The gang from Mewat district of Haryana, cut the ATM with gas cutters, sprayed spray points on the CCTV cameras, wore masks on their faces and stole Rs. 29,69,900 in just 6 minutes before escaping.
The Adibhatla police registered a case and conducted an investigation for 22 days. These thieves, who hail from Mewat district, commit thefts on the borders of Delhi, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. They commit thefts in other states and then flee to their native places. There have also been instances of robberies on the Outer Ring Road in the past. (Maxim News)
