Telangana To Be Made $1 Trillion Economy In 10 Years: Revanth Reddy

Hyderabad, June 2 (Maxim News): Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that in the next 10 years, Telangana would be developed into a one trillion USD economy and by 2047, it would transform into a three trillion USD economy.

Telangana’s contribution to national GDP would be increased to 10 percent by 2047 from the current five percent, he said at the State Formation Day celebrations here on Monday.

To achieve these targets, industrial policy, infrastructure police and investment policies were introduced. All efforts were being made to ensure Telangana tops in welfare and development in the country, he said. We are trying to make Telangana a leader in making the country a 30 trillion economy. That is why we are preparing the Telangana Rising – 2047 future plan.

We are moving forward with the goal of making Telangana a 3 trillion economy by 2047. Telangana Rising is the mantra that guides us. The Praja government is preparing plans to make Telangana number one not only in the country but also in the world by 2047. On the occasion of Telangana State Formation Day celebration, today, the Chief Minister addressing the gathering, extended his best wishes to the people on the occasion. CM Revanth Reddy unfurled the National flag at the parade ground today (June 2, Kitakyushu City Mayor Takeuchi in Japan participated as the chief guest in the formation ceremonies.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy emphasized that Telangana has been achieved after decades of struggle. CM Revanth Reddy described it as a day when the aspiration of all the people were fulfilled. He commented that this government’s goal is to develop women into entrepreneurs. He said that they are taking steps towards rebuilding the Telangana state.

He expressed his regret that even after ten years of the state’s existence, aspirations have not been fulfilled. Chief Minister Revanth stated that the people of Telangana have rejected ten years of dominance rule and brought in a people’s government.

Revanth Reddy revealed that the systems were in disarray when he took power. He emphasized that his government’s goal is to make one crore women millionaires. He clarified that Indiramma houses are being allotted only to girl children. He reminded us that women are being provided free travel in the RTC. He commented that Telangana is number one in grain production.

He said that his government has brought the Bhu Bharati Act to benefit farmers. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that if the Dharani is a dharna for some, it is a protection law for the people of Bhu Bharati.

We have entrusted the work of providing basic facilities in schools to Amma Adarsh Committees. We have set up solar power plants with women self-help groups to compete with Adani and Ambani in the country. We are encouraging women to run petrol pumps, schools, uniform sewing and Mahila Shakti canteens.

We have set up 100 Indira mahila Shakti stalls in Shilparamam next to Hitech City so that women groups can compete in the international market to sell the products they have made. We have not only provided free travel facilities to women in RTC buses, but also taken up programs to make them owners of those buses. We have planned to purchase 600 buses through women groups and rent them to RTC.

We have already handed over 150 buses to them and are making women partners in the economic development of the state. Through the Mahalaxmi scheme, we are providing cooking gas cylinders for Rs. 500, 200 units of free electricity and Indiramma houses. (Maxim News)
