It has changed visa rules to give a boost to indians. As a result, the demand for experienced Indians in various fields in Russia has increased.
There is a severe shortage of personnel in the electronics and machinery departments of leading companies in Russia, Indian Ambassador to Russia Vinay Kumar told local media.
Russia has skill, India has manpower, and Russia has changed its visa rules accordingly. As a result, all local russian companies are hiring Indians. Indians have already come to Russia in large numbers. Most of those who have come are in the construction and textile sectors.
