Washington/internet/Hyderabad, Aug 25 (Maxim News): In view of the US president Donald trump has imposed additional tariffs on India citing the purchase of Russian oil. There is strong opposition from all quarters to the US approach.
In this context, vice President JD Vance has recently responded to the tariffs imposed by the US on India. He made key comments to this extent. US President Trump said that he imposed high tariffs on India to deter Russia.
In an exclusive interview with media, JD Vance said, ‘President Trump has imposed high tariffs on India to increase pressure on russia. These measures are aimed at stopping oil revenues. If oil revenues decrease, it will be difficult for Moscow to attack ukraine.
Trump has adopted an aggressive economic pressure policy to force Russia to stop the attacks. Secondary tariffs on India are part of this. If the killings stop, Russia can be invited back into the global economy. But if the attacks continue, it will have to be isolated, JD Vance said. (Maxim News)
