Three Members Of A Family Attempt Suicide: Husband Dies, Wife And Son Critical
Nizamabad/Hyderabad, Oct 15 (Maxim News): An incident in which three members of the same family attempted suicide in Nizamabad district headquarters has created a stir. Three members of the family, who often quarrel due to family disputes, attempted suicide by consuming pesticide. One of them died while the other two are undergoing treatment in the hospital.
The details of the incident, which took place in Shivaji Nagar area of Nizamabad district headquarters, are as follows, according to the concerned Second Town Police. Dasari Kishan and Nagamani, a couple residing in Shivaji Nagar, have two sons, Dasari Vamsi and Dasari Balakrishna.
Among them, it was known that the family members often quarreled at home over the marriage of one son and the marriage of another son. In this context, on Tuesday, during a quarrel between the mother, father and the eldest son, the eldest son Vamsi drank insecticide, thinking that he would commit suicide. Along with his father Kishan, who was there, the mother Nagamani also snatched the insecticide can from the son’s hand and made them drink the insecticide. The fact that they had tried to commit suicide by drinking insecticide at home was unknown to those around them and even to outsiders.
When their relatives came at night, they found the three people who had consumed the pesticide lying unconscious. Those who noticed immediately informed the ambulance. Meanwhile, Dasari Kishan (68) had already died, while his wife Dasari Nagamani and son Dasari Vamsi were in critical condition and were rushed to a private hospital in the district headquarters for treatment. It is reported that the condition of both of them is also critical. Based on the complaint of the deceased’s younger son Dasari Bala Krishna, Second Town SI Syed Mujahid said that a case has been registered and an investigation is underway. (Maxim News)
