Shabbir Ali Says Congress Delivering Inclusive Development
- Congress government committed to equality and welfare, says Shabbir Ali
- Minister Jupally joins Jubilee Hills campaign supporting Naveen Yadav
Hyderabad, October 30: Senior Congress leader and Advisor to the Telangana Government, Mohammed Ali Shabbir, said that the Congress government under Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy had restored people’s faith by implementing inclusive and welfare-focused policies within a short period. He made these remarks during a door-to-door campaign in the Erragadda division of Jubilee Hills constituency alongside Minister Jupally Krishna Rao and party leaders, held in support of Congress candidate Naveen Yadav.
Shabbir Ali said that the Revanth Reddy-led government had demonstrated sincerity toward equality and representation across all communities. “The Congress government’s actions reflect delivery, not deception,” he said, noting that the party had begun to reverse the years of neglect seen under the previous regime. He described the state’s governance model as one based on empowerment through practical reforms, transparency in recruitment, and the pursuit of social justice.

He highlighted that several professionals from minority communities were appointed to important government positions. These included a Muslim Additional Advocate General, several government pleaders, and Dr Amir Ullah Khan in the Telangana State Public Service Commission. Such steps, he said, reflected the administration’s commitment to inclusion and fair representation.
The Congress leader pointed out that the government had ensured equal opportunities through recent recruitment drives, particularly benefiting youth from the BC-E category. “The present government is not working for headlines; it is working for the people,” Shabbir Ali said, adding that thousands of young people had secured positions through transparent processes. He said that the Congress had also sanctioned a Minority Law College and two Pharmacy Colleges, while creating 2,200 additional engineering seats in minority institutions.
He further cited the recent DSC recruitment drive for 10,006 posts, in which 720 candidates were from minority communities, calling it “clear evidence of inclusive opportunity.” He said these measures showed that the Congress was delivering on promises of social mobility and education for all.
Meanwhile, Minister Jupally Krishna Rao said the Congress party was rebuilding Telangana based on justice and equality, which had been weakened under the previous BRS regime. He urged the people of Jubilee Hills to support Naveen Yadav, calling him a representative of the Congress’s welfare-focused vision for Telangana.
During the outreach, party leaders interacted with local residents and distributed brochures highlighting the achievements of the Revanth Reddy government. Shabbir Ali concluded that the government’s ongoing work proved its credibility. “Congress delivers on its promises — not just in words, but through visible action,” he said.
