In the first phase, police personnel will guard the stadium’s main gate. Officials will deploy one ACP, three inspectors, five SIs, eight ASIs, 33 constables, eight women constables and three platoons of armed forces. This setup aims to prevent unauthorized entry and maintain order as polling materials are moved in and out.

Meanwhile, the second tier of security will focus on the gate leading into the stadium itself. One ACP, two inspectors, two ASIs, eight constables, four women constables, two checking teams, and two adjutant force platoons will man this entry point. This layer of protection will reinforce security and safeguard the flow of personnel and election materials into sensitive areas.

Inside the stadium, the third tier will see one ACP, two inspectors, three SIs, four ASs, twelve constables, and five women constables on constant duty. They will monitor the distribution of EVMs and the counting of votes. The enhanced security measures reflect the heightened importance of the Jubilee Hills by-election and the commitment to a smooth and safe electoral process.

Officials clarified, “Central forces will also monitor the strongroom security,” ensuring no interference with sensitive ballot materials during this crucial period. As the by-election draws near, voters and candidates can expect robust security at the DRC center.
