Jubilee Hills Bypoll: Permission for Bandi Sanjay’s Rally Denied!

Hyderabad, Nov 6 (Maxim News): As part of the campaign for the victory of their candidate Lankala Deepak Reddy in the Jubilee Hills by-election, the police have cancelled permission for BJP leader and Union Minister Bandi Sanjay’s meeting in Borabanda.

As per the schedule, Bandi Sanjay’s meeting was to continue in Borabanda this evening. The BJP ranks are angry at the police’s behavior after they were not given permission for his latest meeting. They are expressing their anger that the Congress is conspiring against them and is not even giving permission to campaign.

However, BJP election in-charge Dharma Rao questioned why they were allowed to hold their meeting and then cancel it. He clarified that they would definitely hold a meeting in Borabanda in the evening. He called on all BJP ranks to gather in large numbers. He suggested that the Election Commission should act impartially. Bandi Sanjay revealed that the police have the responsibility to cooperate with the meeting without any hindrance. (Maxim News
