According to latest data, 10 grams of 22-carat gold now cost ₹1,19,500, down ₹200 from the previous rate, while 10 grams of 24-carat gold traded at ₹1,30,360, down ₹220.

Local jewellers and market trackers report that the gold rate slide coincides with volatility in international bullion markets. The drop follows weeks when gold prices fluctuated around ₹1,20,000 per 10 g for 24-carat, and near ₹1,30,000 for 22-carat jewellery grade gold.

National sites show 24-carat gold at ₹13,058 per gram (≈ ₹1,30,580 for 10 g) and 22-carat at ₹11,970 per gram (≈ ₹1,19,700 for 10 g) for Hyderabad on December 4.

Silver rates held at ₹2,00,000 per kilogram according to the same local report.
