Hyderabad: Jupally Krishna Rao announced big plans. The Kite and Sweet Festival will mark Sankranti. Telangana Minister Jupally Krishna Rao stressed tradition and culture. The festival draws crowds from afar. It welcomes 40 international kite flyers. They represent 19 countries. Kite enthusiasts come from 15 Indian states. Also, stalls feature sweets from various states. Attendees taste diverse regional delicacies.

Minister Krishna Rao shared more details. Aviation clearance covers a hot air balloon show. It happens from January 16th to 18th. An online booking facility helps attendees. Meanwhile, golf courses open at Gachibowli Stadium during the day. Captivating drone shows light up Parade Ground at night.
