Republic Day Messages From President Draupadi Murmu And PM Modi
Delhi/Hyderabad, Jan 26 (Maxim News): President Draupadi Murmu has greeted the people of the country on the occasion of India’s 77th Republic Day. She has sent a message to the people of the country on social media platform X. ‘I extend my heartfelt greetings to all of you. I firmly believe that your life will be filled with happiness, peace, security and harmony,‘ the President said in her message.
President Draupadi Murmu conferred the country’s highest military award, the Ashoka Chakra, on Group Captain Subhanshu Shukla, who created history by becoming the first Indian to enter the space station, on the occasion of Republic Day 2026. The President felicitated Group Captain Subhanshu Shukla for his extraordinary courage and determination during the Axiom-4 mission.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has extended his greetings to the people of the country on the occasion of Republic Day. He posted a message to this effect on his social media platform X. Modi hoped that on the occasion of Republic Day, we will infuse new energy and enthusiasm into our collective resolve to build a developed India.
The Prime Minister said that Republic Day is a powerful symbol of our freedom, Constitution and democratic values. He said that this festival gives us new strength and inspiration to move forward with the resolve to build the nation together.
“Many greetings to all our countrymen on the occasion of Republic Day. This national festival, which is a symbol of India’s pride and glory, should fill all of your lives with new energy and enthusiasm. May the resolve for a developed India be further strengthened,” the Prime Minister said at the ex-velocity.
Modi said that President Draupadi Murmu’s address to the nation on the occasion of Republic Day was very inspiring. She said that her speech will inspire every citizen to strengthen their commitment to strengthen democracy, protect constitutional values and build a more developed India.
