Khammam Water Tank Death | Hyderabad, Oct. 4: A four year old boy died after falling into a water tank at an under construction house in Khammam on Sunday.
The incident occurred in the Prakash Nagar Kummari Bazaar area. The boy, identified as S. Gagan, had reportedly gone out to play in the morning.
When Gagan did not return, his parents Umarani and Sai searched the surrounding area with other family members. After several hours, they found him inside the water tank at the construction site.

The family immediately took Gagan to a private hospital in Khammam. However, doctors examined him and declared him dead.
Following a complaint from the boy’s parents, local police registered a case. Police have begun an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
