Bundles Of Notes In Srisailam: Rs.30 Lakhs Seized
Srisailam/Hyderabad, Jan 27 (Maxim News): Lakhs of rupees in cash were found at the Srisailam toll gate in Nandyal district. During checks by police personnel and temple security vehicles at the temple toll gate, lakhs of rupees were found with some people. The officials were shocked when they found Rs. 30 lakh in cash. The temple’s Chief Security Officer Srinivasa Rao handed over the cash to the Srisailam police.
Some people came to Srisailam with bundles of banknotes in a vehicle. They said that they were in the gold business and had come to Srisailam to visit Mallanna. The security personnel handed over the cash vehicle to the police and the Srisailam police made it clear to the people that they should show the correct details. (Maxim News)
