Ravanchi said that if the US is committed to the deal, there will be a way for compromise. He also said that if the US is ready to discuss the lifting of sanctions, Iran is ready for restrictions on nuclear activities. Therefore, his comments suggest a possible opening for dialogue. However, they come at a time when the US is accusing Iran of adopting an invasive approach to the deal.

Iran Compromise linked to sanctions and nuclear issue

US President Donald Trump has accused Iran of taking steps to develop nuclear weapons. In this context, sanctions have been lifted. Military forces have also been deployed to put the brakes on Iran. Meanwhile, Iran has denied the US allegations. It has also warned that it is ready to retaliate against the US.

Earlier this month, the two countries held talks in Oman. At that time, President Trump said the talks were positive. Later, both sides agreed to continue discussions. Therefore, representatives of the two countries will hold another meeting in Geneva.

Ravanchi’s remarks have gained importance against this backdrop. He made it clear that the US must show commitment if it wants progress. At the same time, he linked any compromise to discussions on lifting sanctions. Meanwhile, the US continues to raise concerns about Iran’s nuclear activities.

The developments indicate that both sides are keeping diplomatic channels open. However, tensions remain over sanctions and nuclear allegations. The upcoming meeting in Geneva is expected to play a key role in shaping the next steps in the Iran Compromise process.
