Ramchandra Rao Vows To Go To Kamareddy

Hyderabad: Telangana BJP chief Ramchandra Rao said he will go to Kamareddy under any circumstances. He challenged the ruling Congress leaders to prove their MLA wrong in the Banswada and Kamareddy issues. He also made it clear that action will be taken against their MLA Mahender Reddy if he is wrong in this matter.

Ramchandra Rao Challenges Congress on Kamareddy

Ramchandra Rao spoke to reporters at his residence in Tarnaka on Sunday in the wake of house arrest. He said he had spoken to the high command on this issue. He warned that if they act as they wish, they too will get an opportunity. He also said that his party MLA has no connection with the Shishu Mandir land issue.

Meanwhile, he alleged that hundreds of Congress party workers tried to besiege their MLA camp office. He explained that his party ranks made an attempt to stop them in that order. He further alleged that local MIM and Congress party leaders had tried to attack BJP MLA Venkata Ramana Reddy together. Therefore, he questioned the conduct of the ruling party leaders.

House Arrest Sparks Anger Over Police Action

Ramchandra Rao expressed anger over his house arrest. He said the police had put him under house arrest and were not allowing him to go to Kamareddy. He added that he had spoken to Union Ministers Kishan Reddy and Bandi Sanjay about his house arrest.

He said the police were making comments that they were not allowed to go to Kamareddy. However, he alleged that they were acting as a pawn for the ruling Congress party. He maintained that he would go to Kamareddy today under any circumstances.

The Telangana BJP chief reiterated that his party MLA has no link to the Shishu Mandir land issue. He also insisted that if their MLA Mahender Reddy is found wrong, action will be taken. Meanwhile, the political tension over the Banswada and Kamareddy issues continues.
