Seethakka said that the process of purchasing Anganwadi mobile phones was carried out by Telangana Services Limited. She stated that the contract was awarded as per the decisions of the Tender Evaluation Committee. She clarified in the notice that she had no involvement in this. However, she strongly denied the allegations that corruption of Rs. 30 crore had taken place even though the total tender value was Rs. 44 crore.

On the other hand, Seethakka demanded that KCR take responsibility for the misinformation being spread on BRS official social media. She said that they are acting in a conspiratorial manner to tarnish her reputation. She demanded that KCR should apologize within 48 hours. Otherwise, Minister Seethakka warned that she would initiate civil and criminal action. (Maxim News)
