Bhatti asked departments to submit proposals in the required format for faster approvals. He said proper proposals would help the Finance Department clear works quickly and speed up execution.

He further advised officials to send proposals in a 1:4 ratio so the sub committee can examine and approve them without delay. Therefore, departments must coordinate closely and avoid procedural gaps.

Meanwhile, Roads and Buildings Minister Komatireddy Venkata Reddy asked officials to finish the works before the monsoon season intensifies. He set June 8 as the target date for completion of approach roads.

He also said he would review progress every week. In addition, he promised close monitoring of tendering, execution, and work quality.

Officials said many bridges built earlier could not deliver full benefits because approach roads were incomplete. Once these links are finished, villages and towns will get smoother movement and better connectivity.
