Hyderabad, May 29 (Maxim News): Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy appears to have put the Congress party in a spot by stating that the Congress government was drawing inspiration from former Chief Minister late NT Rama Rao in implementing welfare-oriented governance in Telangana. He conveniently ignored the fact that NTR had established Telugu Desam Party (TDP) to fight against the Congress party’s attack on Telugu pride and self-respect.
Interestingly, the Chief Minister drew parallels between the Congress government’s schemes and initiatives introduced during NTR’s tenure.
