Modi Government Focused On Viksit Bharat By 2047: DK Aruna

Hyderabad, June 12: Mahabubnagar MP D. K. Aruna said Prime Minister Narendra Modi is pursuing long term goals to transform India into a developed nation by 2047 under the vision of Viksit Bharat.

Addressing a media conference on Friday, she praised the Prime Minister’s governance and said the Centre was prioritising development, welfare, and national security.

DK Aruna said the country has progressed through major policy decisions and claimed India has emerged as the world’s fourth largest economy during the current phase of governance.

She stated that the Central government has adopted a firm approach on national security while simultaneously focusing on economic growth and public welfare.

Highlighting government initiatives, the BJP MP referred to programmes such as Swachh Bharat Mission, Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, implementation of GST, the abolition of triple talaq, and the abrogation of Article 370 as major decisions taken during Modi’s tenure.

She also stressed the government’s focus on women’s empowerment and said efforts were underway to enable three crore women to become economically empowered under national initiatives by 2030.

Referring to welfare measures, DK Aruna said schemes such as PM Kisan Samman Nidhi and Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana had strengthened public confidence, especially among farmers and families.

The BJP leader said the government would continue working toward development goals with a long term vision for the country.
