Hyderabad, July 15 (Maxim News): The TGMREIS Career Readiness Bootcamp concluded successfully after a five day programme that equipped 120 Intermediate second year students with practical skills for higher education, employment, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
The Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institutions Society (TGMREIS) organised the initiative in partnership with Launch Girls under the guidance of Minorities Welfare Minister Mohammed Azharuddin.
The bootcamp formed part of the Telangana government’s efforts to strengthen career opportunities for minority girls through skill based education. Moreover, officials said the pilot programme will serve as a model for similar initiatives across the state.
TGMREIS Career Readiness Bootcamp to Benefit More Than 15,500 Students
The programme brought together students from four TGMREIS Girls Junior Colleges. During the five day bootcamp, participants took part in activity based learning sessions designed to improve workplace and life skills.
Students received training in communication, leadership, teamwork, financial literacy, career planning, problem solving, design thinking, and professional presentation skills. In addition, the sessions encouraged students to build confidence and prepare for future academic and professional opportunities.
TGMREIS currently operates 98 Girls Residential Junior Colleges across Telangana. These institutions provide residential education to more than 15,520 minority girl students. Therefore, officials said the successful pilot programme will become the foundation for expanding career readiness training throughout the TGMREIS network.
Meanwhile, Launch Girls Chief Executive Officer Neha Sahu said the initiative equips students with the confidence, knowledge, and practical skills needed for higher education, employment, entrepreneurship, and leadership. She also appreciated the support extended by the Telangana Minorities Welfare Department and TGMREIS.

Furthermore, the Principal of the host institution described the bootcamp as a transformative learning experience. Participating students also shared that the programme improved their confidence, communication skills, financial awareness, leadership qualities, and career planning abilities.
Launch Girls expressed gratitude to Minorities Welfare Minister Mohammed Azharuddin for supporting initiatives that promote the educational and economic empowerment of minority girls. The organisation also acknowledged the guidance of TGMREIS President Mohammed Faheemuddin Qureshi and TGMREIS Secretary B. Shafiullah, IFS, for ensuring the successful implementation of the programme.
The TGMREIS Career Readiness Bootcamp aligns with the Telangana government’s focus on improving education and employability among minority youth. Moreover, officials said the programme supports the state’s broader objective of building a skilled, confident, and self reliant generation of young women.
The government, under the leadership of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and Minister Mohammed Azharuddin, has continued to introduce programmes that strengthen access to quality education, career guidance, and skill development for minority students across Telangbana. (Maxim News)
