Nripendra Pandey tried to file a case objecting to Rahul’s remarks. He approached the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate for registration of a case under Section 153A. However, the ACJM dismissed this petition. The petitioner challenged this judgment in the Sessions Court, which transferred the case back to the magistrate.
