Hyderabad, August 14: Traffic restrictions and diversions will be enforced near Golconda Fort on August 15 for the Independence Day ceremony.

The restrictions will remain in place from 6 am to 12 pm on Saturday.

The road from Ramadevguda towards Golconda Fort will remain closed to general traffic during this period.

Invitees with A Gold, A Cream and B Blue passes must use the designated Ramadevguda route.

Parking And Traffic Diversions Announced

A Gold vehicles will park on Fateh Darwaza Road opposite the main gate.

A Cream and B Blue vehicles can park near the Golconda Bus Stop.

C Green pass holders can reach Owaisi Ground for parking through the designated routes.

D Red pass holders can park inside the Golconda Area Hospital premises.

E Black pass holders and the general public can park near the Government Primary School at Tawakkal diversion point.

The general public from Sheikhpet and Tolichowki can use parking areas at Seven Tombs, Deccan Park and the football ground near Golconda Law and Order Police Station.

After the ceremony, vehicles will leave through designated exit routes towards Langar House and Seven Tombs.

Traffic police will also divert vehicles from Seven Tombs towards Golconda at Golf Club and Jamali Darwaza.

Vehicles approaching from Langar House will be diverted towards GHMC Island at Bada Bazar Junction.

Police have asked invitees to display their car passes on the left side of their windscreens.

They also urged motorists to avoid parking on roads leading to Golconda Fort and follow the designated alternative routes.
