Hyderabad, August 29: L&T Metro officials have clarified that Hyderabad Metro Rail services face no technical issues.
The clarification came after reports claimed that technical problems had affected metro train services in the city.
Officials said metro services are operating normally across Hyderabad. They also confirmed that no technical problems have affected metro stations.
Therefore, officials urged passengers not to worry about the reports. They said trains and stations continue to function smoothly.
However, passengers faced a delay at LB Nagar Metro Station. The station’s entry and exit gates opened later than usual.
Officials attributed the delay to heavy passenger traffic at the station. They said the crowd caused a brief delay in opening the gates.
LB Nagar Delay Linked to Passenger Rush
L&T Metro officials said the situation at LB Nagar did not result from a technical fault.
The station handled a large number of passengers during the period. As a result, the entry and exit gates took some additional time to open.
Meanwhile, metro services at LB Nagar have returned to normal. Officials also confirmed normal operations at all other metro stations across Hyderabad.
The clarification aims to address concerns among passengers following reports of technical problems.
Officials have asked passengers to rely on official updates about metro operations. They said there is currently no need for passengers to worry about technical disruptions.
