Hyderabad, Sept 7 (Maxim News): BRS MLC Tata madhu’s comments on the Speaker have created a huge uproar in the Assembly. The ruling Congress party has strongly condemned Tata Madhu’s comments.
Speaking on this issue, BJP LP leader Eleti Maheshwar Reddy said in the Legislative Assembly that the BJP strongly condemns the BRS MLC’s comments on the Speaker, who holds a constitutional position. He demanded that Tata madhu be dismissed from the Legislative Council immediately. He demanded that party chief KCR apologize for the BRS MLC’s comments on the Speaker. He described this incident as a stain on democracy.
The Telangana monsoon assembly sessions began on Monday. The opposition BRS members came to the Assembly wearing black T-shirts with the words Congress’s 1000-day rule a failure, With this, the police stopped the BRS MLAs and MLCs in the assembly premises. They were not allowed to enter with black T-shirts. The BRS members got into an argument with the police asking why they were being stopped. In this process, BRS MLC Tata Madhu got extremely angry and addressed the Speaker in a singular manner, saying, “Who is the Speaker? Who gave you power?” the Congress alleged.
The comments made by the BRS leader without giving the constitutional post of Speaker the slightest respect have created a huge uproar. Congress leaders have expressed their anger that the BRS leaders are saying this because they like the fact that a person from the Dalit community is in the Speaker’s post. The CM, ministers, Congress and BJP MLAs strongly condemned the BRS MLC’s comments in the Legislative Assembly. CM Revanth Reddy, along with Congress and BJP MLAs, demanded the immediate dismissal of the BRS MLC who made inappropriate comments about the Speaker. (Maxim News)
